If I could I'd give zero. My wife is pregnant and with a fever and received the worst possible care. Staff is completely incompetent and does not understand anything remotely near patient care. The nurses and doctors should not have a license to practice any medicine as they seem to decide over the phone that they will not help you or in the doctors words they don't want to do a full work up and that we should not come in despite other doctors with an actual degree sayingwe need to be seen. This facility is a joke to the Healthcare industry. If you do decide to go just know that the handicap parking as well as expecting mothers is for anyone and I know this as a fat white man swerved in front of us and was alone and stated he needed the spot as he didn't want to walk far. As we told the staff in the immediate care about this we were told my wife doesn't look pregnant and were asked how far along she was and then told again we basically were not pregnant. This facility is a joke.

Very bad medical environment, irresponsible medical staff, not helping patients save money, charging excessively, and extremely poor service attitude...very bad service?

Lab did not open on time. I left after 30 minutes. The woman did not have the key to open it and there were at least a dozen people waiting.

Visited ICC at Clay, short staffed Nurse was checking patients in.Doctor not very helpful, due to being short staffed said getting chest X-ray would be a long time.Staff was very courteous even tho they were very understaffed. All doctor could say is there is a virus with no name going around and there was 300 of the variants. This has been a norm at times since Duly Health took over. Most doctors are leaving.Feels like Duly just does not care.

Don't open on time, make people wait in the lobby, supposed to open at 7 and here is a lobby full of people waiting and have other places to be too. My time is valuable as well

I do not recommend this place at all, I had a terrible pain in my throat and saw 3 different doctors at this place, they never found anything. Finally they sent me to a gastroenterologist and he did an endoscopy, when I came out of there he told me: you have nothing, absolutely nothing, I found nothing, you are healthy. When he gave me the report of my endoscopy it said: mild chronic gastritis. They made me feel like I was making up my pain, the doctor never explained why I had gastritis or if it was even a minor thing, he never mentioned it! Until I read the report!Maybe you see 100 people with worse conditions than me, but definitely even if it is minimal, how is mild chronic gastritis nothing?Other than that the only thing I'm left with is a giant payment and 30 omeprazole pills that I can buy at Walgreens.I feel ripped off, ignored and definitely gave my money away for nothing. I have to get a second opinion because my pain never went away!!

Made an appointment with Urgent Care and was seen promptly. It was my good fortune to get Dr. Oh. He is an excellent physician and took his time determining what would be the best course of action for my situation. I very much appreciate the care and consideration I received from him. This was a pleasant surprise since Duly Medical Group has turned into a “Profit Mill” that clearly treats patients like a number. Conventional medicine has become something we need to be wary of as it no longer has our best interest at heart. Dr. Oh was a breath of fresh air. I’m thankful.

I went for emergency care and was REJECTED CARE by the front desk. I needed an emergency tetanus shot and they refused to see me, even though I had a scheduled appointment. Horrible human beings, they do not care about your health and do not follow the Hippocratic Oath.I also wanted to mention that I have been going to DMG since BIRTH and will never step foot in a Duly facility again, unless it is to transfer my records from this apathetic institution. Imagine denying someone who is just asking for medical care. I was willing to pay out of pocket since I was not informed over the phone, before DRIVING OUT TO MY APPOINTMENT, that they do not accept Medicaid. If you do have Medicaid and are reading this, DO NOT GO HERE. As soon as you mention any type of non-private insurance, they will begin to treat you as subhuman. The lack of decorum and empathy for their patients shows they do not actually care about your health care. Even if you're offering to pay them right there in order to get care!I had to go to Walgreens instead, they took my money happily and gave me great bedside manner, even though the guy who helped me was a pharmacy tech and not a nurse I assume. It's incredible how this institution (Duly) I've been going to since birth has changed up so drastically how they interact with the public, but WALGREENS is willing to step in and take care of patients they reject. So, if you're needing immediate health care help, DO NOT GO TO DULY. EVEN IF YOU SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT OVER THE PHONE THEY WILL NOT TAKE YOU IF YOU HAVE MEDICAID.Weird that I, a person on google reviews, is the one who has to make this clear and not the damn staff themselves ?

I scheduled an appointment for my daughter at the dermatology institute. I waited 2 months and drove 45 minutes to this office because I wanted her to see a specific doctor for her acne and hyperpigmentation. I should've know this would go badly for me when they office had my daughter's birthday wrong on her chart. I asked them to fix because I didn't want any issues with the insurance. I wasn't super impressed with the doctor either. He was standoffish, and didn't really get a good look at her acne. He was using a virtual scribe via videoconferencing, who had trouble hearing what he was saying. He prescribed 2 medications, which the scribe repeated back to him and confirmed the pharmacy. Asked if we had any questions- when I asked is she should continue using her face wash, his response was curt and dismissive. So we left the office (with a $45 upsell on sunscreen) and drove 45 minutes back home to the neighborhood pharmacy. When I get there, the pharmacy doesn't have the prescription. No big deal, maybe the office is busy, so I go home and wait a few hours. Still no prescription sent over. The pharmacist recommends I call the office. So I called the number, and you can't speak directly with a live person from the office. You are either directed to central scheduling, or you are sent to provider voice-mail.It has been over 24 hours since the visit, and the prescription still has not been sent over, and I still cannot reach a live person in that office. Now imagine if this was maitainence meds for a heart condition - could you really wait over 24 hours for your prescription. Grateful that it wasn't a more serious condition. I have scheduled her with another dermatologist and canceled her follow up appointment.I don't recommend at all.

Melissa Krueger DNP, is one of the smartest, loving providers at this practice. If your looking for a provider who truly cares about you and someone who will do anything to ensure you and your family are of the utmost priority and treated like family, Melissa is the model medical provider everyone should strive to be like.I believe a medical provider is a true professional when one can do what needs to be done no matter how one feels within. A professional is a professional in the way one thinks and feels and ones ability to execute under the most trying, conditions. This is Melissa Krueger DNP. All medical providers practicing, including all fields, have been blessed and lucky to be able to even share this commonality.I couldn’t be anymore PROUD of her and to have been taken care of by the BEST for 2.5 years.

I have seen the absolute worst doctors here. The standard of care is non existent. Each one has been more incompetent than the last. I would suggest going anywhere else. The worst medical care I have ever received.

Duly has completely destroyed DuPage Medical Group since their takeover a couple years ago. I have been a patient of the group for over 30 years, since I was born in 1990. I had always received the best of care from quality doctors and this negative review is in no way reflective of the doctors themselves. As of recently, I cannot get an appointment with a primary or specialist for 3-6 months out. Their prices have also skyrocketed ($229 for a telemedicine general checkup with my Primary???). It's not a coincidence the decrease in doctor availability and increase in prices correlate to Duly buying out DMG. Disappointingly I'll be finding a new medical group for myself and my family.

Year ago it was DuPage medical group and customer service was excellent, specialist visit appointment was in reasonable time, refill prescription was good. Since improvement and name change (duly healthcare) specialist visit 3 mos or more wait time, prescription refill, you must visit doctor for refill. During DMG doctor was answering online questions, now nurses, not friendly answers questions (no, can't do this time, not available) for doctor visit and prescription

Dr. Napolitano is great. She's down to earth and cares about her patients.
