And went above & beyond with helping with marked down stools that was still boxed up and saved the day by putting sold on chairs I wanted that customers was sitting on looking to purchase.. I will definitely shop there again ..... Hopefully I'm privileged enough to have Simone assist me again.”
“The customer service was everything. Eddy was very helpful and patient with helping me pick a couch. When it was delivery time, the couch was extremely too big. I suggested just sending it back and coming to pick something else. The delivery guys refused to give up and did everything in their power to get the couch in. Service 100/10”

She's actually in Virginia now I don't know if you have a Hobby Lobby over there but she will be be coming in a couple of weeks to visit and she's probably going to be taking a whole lot back with her”
“I’ve never been to Steinhafels, but my first experience was very nice. The sales staff was excellent Very helpful, but also allowed me to browse for what I was looking for. I was looking for an area rug and they have a large selection.
Anyway, I found a perfect rug and got a nice discount. I was very happy thanks to Mohammed for helping me out. I’ll be sure to keep them on my list for future purchases!”
“Honestly, please ignore all those one star reviews! Screw them! Especially the ones regarding the bathroom it’s just blasphemy. Ultimate Treasures is not only an amazing antique & thrift store filled with ANYTHING you could ask for from couches to art to movies to books to clothes to even good condition used toiletries & cooking products even TJ’s brand olive oil well hell you name it… BUT it is an incredible first date idea (like guys- write this down)! You can go exploring down every aisle & always find something incredible & worthwhile! This store has so much to offer though seriously. So I mean ‘tis the season to bring your Valentine here & go find a relic that will last an era of romance & adoration! Ps if someone could please give the leather jacket that is so sick and says “Babe Squad” on the back a great home & then please post a review with a photo of you flaunting it I’d absolutely love that (I don’t have the confidence)! Anyways, just please please please if you don’t do anything else in Downers Grove, at least make a stop to Ultimate Treasures! It’s a life changing destination to add to your list. And maybe you’ll fall in love… who knows!”

“I saw an ad on Facebook for an outdoor rug for $40 so I decided to go there to see them. This was my main reason for going. I walked in and thought, "Oh,no!" this isn't going to be good. The store has so many cute items at good prices. The employee, Mike, was wonderful. He gave me the best customer service I have had in a very long time. He helped me with the rug, he helped me find a purple colored umbrella that I just had to have for $14.99, I found a great smelling candle for $7.99 and a giant sun and moon metal art for my patio wall for $39.99. Mike was very helpful, friendly and even helped me carry the large rug to my van. I will return for sure! I'm so glad I went to the store to shop. A+ experience! Thanks Mike”

“Absolutely love the store front and online store, Perich. The products Michael sells here are perfect for quirky, fun, and beautiful gift for others or for my home. Perich makeup and Essence sprays are my absolute favorite and cannot praise or recommend them enough! I ordered some Essence sprays a few months back and one came broken, thanks to the post office not handling the package correctly. I contacted Michael and he took care of it right away. He replaced my bottle with no issues or hesitation. Ever since, I have never had an issue. LOVE LOVE LOVE The Gnome Colony and all Perich products. Thank you Michael for all you do!”

“Jennifer and Jason patiently guided me and my wife through different barn door styles from the type of wood to the type of hardware. They had so many selections and ideals to choose from. And they also helped us design our corner fireplace shelf.Their installation staff were friendly and professional as well. They prepped our wall for the large barn door so good, you can’t tell they cut the drywall at all.When the large barn door was finally installed --- wow. It looked great. The door glides smoothly on the track when opening and closing. And my wife and I love how it fills up the empty side of the large wall when opened.Our corner fireplace shelf is great too, but it can’t compare with the look of our barn door.
