Jon was not fazed but determined to get my messages transfered.
It took a solid hour but he never gave up.

I also noticed during the first transfer, it got busy in the store.
Never with a look of rushed, he bounced around helping each customer, solving problems, making sales with patients and ease.

Bart went above and beyond to not just get my data, but make the transition to my new phone as easy as possible. He even managed to save the old one! He charged me a reasonable rate. I hope I don't need to get my phone fixed in the future tbh, but if I do, I'll be coming back here.”

While assisting me with activating my phone, Zoe was also in the process of training another employee. During this time, a customer entered the store and began speaking to him in a very disrespectful manner. What stood out to me the most was the way Zoe handled the situation. Despite the unnecessary hostility, he remained calm, composed, and respectful throughout the entire interaction.
