Called to schedule a time for delivery, the woman on the phone was polite and cordial and the date and delivery process was communicated clearly to me. Received the couch today at the scheduled time and the delivery men were very friendly and did a great job carrying it up three flights of stairs!!! Entire process was easy and well communicated, really appreciate the service.”

“I always loved this store. I live in a different area, so we used to go to other locations. When I discovered this one, I was very happy. I always find great deals in here! The store is very clean! It doesn’t smell like a thrift store. The employees are very friendly and helpful. You can try anything on- there are 3-4 fitting rooms. Everything is brand name, so the cost is a little bit higher, but it’s ok. You can get a nice pair of brand jeans for $15. Many items are on clearance. All the clothes are sorted by colour, which is just great! A lot of shoes! Purses, sunglasses, jewellery.

“Contrary to the negative perception of this location, I thought the prices were reasonable for the quality of the clothes. I got a Forever 21 denim skirt with no tears/damage for 5$ - just make sure to wash the clothes after purchasing and wash your hands as well - but if you are buying clothes, remember to look at the seams and any zippers, etc.”
