“A neighborhood gas station. Besides gas they have newspapers, coffee, soft drinks and candy. The fellows that run the station have been around for a while. They have put themselves into life if the neighborhood and treat their customers very well. Really benefits the neighborhood. The staff is very courteous with their customers. They fellows act like they want your business!!”
“Check engine light was flashing. Took it in, it was a spark plug and coil. They had it done immediately while I waited. A week later, same issue. Was out of town, so took it to another mechanic. Turned out to be a defective coil. When I went back to Shell, they issued a complete refund immediately, no questions asked. Didn’t even ask to see the receipt for the work. Honest, friendly, fast service. I’d come back here again.”

“First of all Yelp needs to update the name of this gas station, it changed a couple of years ago from Minuteman to Amstar. The reason I give this place 5 stars is because when I pay at the pump, I get a receipt every time at the pump, unlike some gas stations that purposely don't put paper in the pumps thinking when you come in to get a receipt you buy some other merchandise.”

“I really enjoy this store. Always well stocked. Produce is fresh. Only concern was how hard the pan en la panaderia was. Like brick hard! It was very disappointing.”
“Clean and easily accessible on the corner, this is a solid option to get gas. The vacuum and tire pump are also modernized and accept cards (a nice touch if you don't have any cash on you). The coverage over the pumps could be a little bit better. Outside of that, it's a nice option.”

“It's my favorite 7/11, the daytime clerk is very funny and friendly, this is really the only 7/11 that I go to on any type of regular basis and it's because of the goofy fun personnel. It's right across from Christ hospital and there are always Nurses, Paramedics and Cops there, so it's relatively safe to go to, even at weird hours of the night.”
