I will never use this trash company Herz again. I rented a car for three weeks and paid the tollway myself. But when I returned the car, they charged me 200 dollars for the tollway fee. I've never seen such a shameless company.

They don’t do regular oil changes/basic maintenance on their vehicles. Female employee wasn’t very nice and customer service training may be needed. The rude employee told me I wasn’t eligible to rent a vehicle but that was a lie. This location was awful.

This place is horrible. When you return the vehicle they charge you for another week. They do not issue invoices! You will be robbed!
