“The Enterprise car rental process was completely seamless. I arrived at 8 o’clock for a reservation early, which was booked for nine, but since I was the only one there, the woman at the counter was able to process and get me in my car within five minutes. I also had a very nice rental car which was upgraded. The process of returning the car on the weekend was also seamless. There’s no doubt that Enterprise hires the nicest and competent staff that is delightful to customers.”

When dropping off the car, he remembered who I was and followed up by asking about my weekend and extending sincere comments and wishes to my replies. The customer care experience these days across many industries is so impersonal, I am glad to see that’s not the case at this Enterprise location. Additionally, the lot had plenty of cars available, and while I was there, I observed everyone in the office always on task taking care of customers.”

The customer service was truly outstanding. I had the pleasure of working with Fred, and wow—his attention, professionalism, and care throughout the entire process made a huge difference. He really elevated the experience.
I’ve used Avis before, and I can confidently say that Sally goes above and beyond in comparison. Their communication was clear, proactive, and very supportive—they walked me through every step, which made everything seamless and stress-free.
Another highlight is their technology and systems—you can easily check availability, explore options, and they also have a national support line that complements the local Chicago office. That combination makes a big difference.
The car itself was very clean and well-prepared, which I appreciated.
If I had one small suggestion to make an already great experience even better, it would be to pay attention to a few minor details in the vehicle to make it truly “superstar” level.
Overall, an excellent experience. Big thanks again to Fred and the team—I’ll definitely be back.”
“My vehicle was recently rear-ended, and the insurance company is dealt with was only approving a small sedan vehicle for rental (even though I had an SUV, they would not pay for something similar). Fortunately the manager, Jacob, helped me out a great deal. Although he couldn't put me in an SUV, he offered to charge the same price that the insurance company was paying for..... but for a slight larger & more comfortable sedan. I appreciated this so much cause I'm a bigger guy. But aside from that, he was also very professionalable and knowledgeable. He was also very quick and efficient.”
“This Enterprise location often works with a nearby body shop I trust (Addison Auto Body). The car I was picked up in was very comparable to my car, and the pick-up was very timely with very little wait time. As we drove safely from the shop to the Enterprise store, the representative explained features that may differ slightly from my car to make sure I was comfortable with the car and fielded any questions. The representative made the paperwork process painless, getting me on the road to my next appointment within 10 minutes of arriving at the shop. The time for my car's repair was unknown, and they made it very easy to contact the manager directly to extend my rental. I had a few questions after driving the car for a couple days, and my calls were always answered with patience, reassurance, and understanding. Being able to leave the car at the shop without worrying about calling in or adjusting drop-off times due to unforeseen traffic took even more stress away from the process. Overall, they made a stressful situation involving my car much less stressful with the rental process. I hope I don't need their services for the same situation again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call. Thank you!”
“My family and I had a wonderful experience with this enterprise branch. I especially would like to thank Antwon for his excellent customer service.
I was running late for my drop off appointment that was on a Saturday. The appointment was for 12pm and my GPS had me arriving at 2pm. Mind you this particular enterprise is closed on Sunday so I was looking at a three day charge for a rental I no longer needed. I called enterprise and Antwon answered, he listened and told me that he would call me back. He went above and beyond and at the last minute was able to get my drop off appointment moved to 2pm. I made it there at 1:30 and was spared the 3 day charge that was staring down at me! The staff also calked me a on Monday to let me know that they found my daughter's lost book. Thank you Antwon for everything!”

“They gave me a car that smelled like cigarette smoke and mentioned that it is already in their system. This was the only mid sized car they had and we needed one so we took it. Fast forward to return time and I get a letter stating that the car smells and that they will charge me for it. This location does not answer their phones and return calls to rectify this issue. I will not be renting with Avis again.
Edit: I was able to get in touch with the location and they were able to help me out. 4 stars!”

“Great service and great vehicles. I dealt with Edgar, the manager, and he is also the one that has to clean the cars. It’s a one man shop. A+ experience. Only complaint is to Hertz as a company - give this man some help. It’s ridiculous that they make one man do 100% of everything and then you go to other locations and they have way more staff than they could ever need. Thanks Edgar!”

It used to feel like chaos and confusion, but now things seem to be running much more smoothly. My recent experience was surprisingly efficient, and that’s a big change from the past. Well done!”
