    They play with your rental. They dont answer phone calls. I had a maintenance hold that I went up there twice to fix . Both time he told me it should be fixed without actually checking. Customer service was so bad I extended my rental over the phone while I was there. No wonder they had to partner with Uber to stay in business.

    They Didn't have the car I was renting and tried to upsale me . SPENCER the branch manager was rude and dismissive. They barely acknowledge you . UBER needs to cut them off.
