I will never use this trash company Herz again. I rented a car for three weeks and paid the tollway myself. But when I returned the car, they charged me 200 dollars for the tollway fee. I've never seen such a shameless company.

**** THEY MESSED MY CONTRACT UP....
***** GAVE ME A VEHICLE WITH ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS.....
Engine light was on the next day, sitting in Firestone and they said they couldn't fix the problem. I had my kids to pick up from school, make it across town in traffic before they close.
I was told I had to Cancel my contract, and Start a new contract and pay again, on Monday.
They can see I was able to use the car over the weekend. So What, the Engine light is still on. I needed to get around, I have a family to take care of, I had til Thursday to pay for my Extended week. So she saying because I had it over the weekend was an excuse to not help me. They can help, choose not to.
Very misleading, and misunderstanding.
They do not care if you have the money or not if they gave a bad car, they want you to re- pay.
I am not done here. I have a family to take care of and I don't live close.
Once they close your contract, they make you begin/ Pay for a new contract. She closed my contract, thinking I was about to pay another $500 for a bad car she gave me.
They sit behind the counter and take as many payments they can. Reservation dont mean anything if they change the prices and give you whatever car on the lot, Change the prices for themselves and Not Help you when you need it the most.
*** Outside of the car was dirty, Gas was on Second line. Was told they don't clean the cars. I brought it back pass a half tank, car was clean. Very disappointed

False advertisement, $250 to get you tomake reservations, but $400 to drive off the lot. Any problems they want you to begin a new contract even when its not your fault. They will find any excuse to take your money and to cover themselves, even when you have insurance, dont matter. Don't have gas in the car, they dont clean the car, but they want you to pay high payments to rent. Gave me a car with electrical problems and engine light on, told me I can bring it in and get another car, but because I had it over the weekend because they were close. I had to cancel the contract and began a new contract to get another car. Who had $450 to keep switching cars, that was hertz problem.

They don’t do regular oil changes/basic maintenance on their vehicles. Female employee wasn’t very nice and customer service training may be needed. The rude employee told me I wasn’t eligible to rent a vehicle but that was a lie. This location was awful.

DO NOT!!! I repeat DO NOT rent with HERTZ . They are very unprofessional. I have been renting a car with them for the past 6mths and they will take your money and say they didn’t get paid. Then they will try to DOUBLE charge you. The call center is full of non English speaking people and all they can say is there was a glitch in the system. 0/10 recommend.

Staff very unhelpful continues to bill even when contract has been closed out advise you to call billing department when they are the ones billing you take your business elsewhere

Just don’t go to this location customer service who work there they should be fired it’s shame the way they treat customers it’s inacceptable and not professional the short woman who work there was doing live on her Facebook and showing how she treated people I will never go back there ever hope hertz will do something about it

I have rented several cars from various facilities and have to say this is the weakest customer service experience I have ever had. The people here can’t be bothered very short with answers and will hang up on you. If you’re here for an uber rental or regular rental just stay away. The car I rented was filthy and scratched and dinged all over

If you want to be ripped off this is the place to come to! Customer service is horrible! They will definitely tell you one price and charge another once it's all said and done! Reaching out to fix the problem is not going to help! They are in the business of taking your hard earned money! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!! Try Hertz at your own risk! Trash company with trash employees! Blocked or deleted reviews will only get you mre exposure on social media!!
