“The best selection and prices of any of the big box home improvement stores. Employees always are able to point you in the right direction. Very easy to get a loading ticket and put lumber and bulk items directly into your vehicle.”

“We are very pleased with the Creative Cover for our fire table. It fits perfectly, the craftsmanship is exceptional, and the color is just as requested. The turn-around time was as described. Should we need more, this is our ‘go-to’ vendor!”

“Devin at the shelving service desk was amazing. My boyfriend and I came in with a homemade drawing and took about 2hrs of his time. He was the most patient and kind (and funny) professional. Closet shopping is not something you want to do on a beautiful holiday weekend and I can imagine not something he wants to be helping two annoying people with but he did it with grace and we are very thankful! Thank you Devin!!!!!”

“I regrettably way over bought fittings for a project. Thinking I was going to frustrate the customer service with the excess of returns, the lady I was working with showed 0 frustrations. As the line behind me grew I started to sweat, but the employee stayed very calm and simply called for help. I was taken care of with great customer service and they quickly worked through the line behind me as I hogged one register. I appreciate their kindness, patience, and professionalism! Thank you!”

“If it wasn’t for the manager Christina, I honestly would never shop at this location again. Christiana was absolutely heaven sent, extremely professional, and patient. She did not rush me and allowed me to ask the questions I had. From prior experience at this location I did not think that professionalism was taught. But Christina, absolutely changed my perspective.”

“I went in to pick up an online order. It took longer than I expected. It would be nice if pickup area was closer to front of store OR if they would've let me drive to the back of store, stay in my car, and someone bring out my purchase and put it in my as they did on ALL of my previous order pickups.”

“when I went to pay for this Dewalt bit kit it was marked wrong . The lady at the register went over to where I found those bits. Seen it was accidentally stocked for $8.99 so she adjusted the pricing and I received the item for the price I thought it was suppose to be .”

“The associate at Menards assisted me in understanding all the parts for installing a porch rail system myself. This has to be the best Big Box store I have ever been in and there was so much variety and every area was clean and organized I would definitely recommend visiting the store if you have a project or just want a tool. Come by, you will not be disappointed”

“We come here pretty often for home improvement supplies and even plants for the garden. On my latest visit, Patrick in the paint department was a huge help when I was working on my bathroom cabinet. He recommended the right primer color and saved me from probably having to apply several unnecessary coats. Really appreciated the advice and helpful service. Thanks, Patrick!”

“I was at Home Depot’s Garden Center today. I an really impressed with the quality and variety of their perennials. A much better selection than last year and very reasonably priced. The plants looked healthy and well cared for. I am planting a pollinator garden this year in my parking strip and found several pollinator plants here that are on my list. I am giving 4 stars because there are more perennial and ground cover varieties that I think they should stock. I’ll check back in a few weeks to see if more of the plants I need are on sale. If so, 5 stars!”

“My partner literally wants to go to Menards three times a day. He loves it. I’m actually glad we don’t live closer. He would probably go four times a day. He can always find what he needs a Menards. I personally think they need a better indoor plant section. The plants are boring.”

“I had such a great experience at Home Depot today. I walked in completely new to gardening and explained to one of the employees that I had no idea what kind of soil or plant food I needed. Instead of just pointing me in a direction, the kind woman I spoke with took the time to walk me through the different types of soil and explain what each one was used for. She also helped me choose the right plant food and answered all of my beginner questions without ever making me feel like I was bothering her. She had such a friendly personality and a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience even better. As someone who's just starting my plant journey, it meant a lot to have someone who was patient, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, and she definitely made a lasting impression. Thank you for taking the time to help a new plant mom feel confident. I'll definitely be coming back to Home Depot for all of my future plant and gardening needs!”

“Caesar was the BEST. Professional, caring, and attentive to our needs. We ordered 3 beautiful chandeliers. Two were on back order, but Cesar checked in to get us up- to-date. We also ordered beautiful natural stone back splash tile. We looked for 3 months and happen to find it here. The at home delivery was great too. Beautiful items here at Fox Center. So happy about Cesar and the service”

“I came into this store on 8/11 while I was out driving when a tornado warning hit. The staff welcomed me in and were communicative and calm. They helped get all customers to a safe location, provided updates, and offered snacks and water. They treated everyone as if they were friends and family, and did a great job making sure everyone stayed safe. No scrambling, no panic, just good people taking care of others. What a fantastic show of humanity!”
