“The rep was really nice and helpful and great. I was charged twice as much for the phone as it cost on the website and the phone is not that great but that was NOT the rep's fault. People send me a text message and it sometimes doesn't show up for hours after they have sent it to me! It also froze up first day using it and I had to take the battery out and put it back in to get it to work properly. It is a SUMMIT FLIP phone.”

“I visited T-Mobile's store in Countryside, IL with my Samsung Galaxy 813. I had unknowingly changed my PIN, and was locked out of my phone. There was no way to unlock it, so I had to purchase a new Galaxy 816. My sales representative, Mercedes, was very patient and helpful, as she took me through the process of purchasing and activating my new phone. We first went to the T-Mobile in palos heights off of 127th and had a very crappy experience with a man named “Ali” who said we would walk out with phones that day, who lacked great customer service, didn’t give us a run down of our plan, didn’t explain the promotions and who was very rude. Ali didn’t know what he was doing or talking about .. long story short we raced over to the T-Mobile in Chicago ridge and Xavier helped us out. Now let me tell you we should’ve went to Chicago ridge T-Mobile all along. Xavier was very kind, explained our plan and promotions we were eligible for, he even had us there 30 mins after close bc my boyfriend and I came literally ten minutes before the mall closed. So if you go to this T-Mobile go to XAVIER. Xavier was very knowledgeable, quick and the definition of great customer service!!”

“I kind of think these bad experiences at this location are coming from the customer side. Whenever I go to this location, Erica, Anthony, and the others always go above and beyond to provide me with a good experience, including, staying after hours to make sure everyone was taken care of properly. Yes, they do try and "sell", but that LITERALLY their job. But, they always do it in a professional manner and exercise a level of compassion toward the customer. For lack of better terms, the crew there has some finesse. I've been here MULTIPLE times with MULTIPLE issues, and they ALWAYS make sure my problem is solved and taken care of. Quite frankly, that team deserves raises. They actually know what us customer service, a rarity in today's world.”

“I went in to trade in a phone I had since 2017. The store is clean and free from clutter. The customer service reps were all nice and helped each other out, when needed. The reps were also paying attention to their actual customers, which is sometimes hard to find these days. My representative was Leslie. She explained all the options to me, several times I may add since my older brain gets a little foggy. Leslie was polite and did not rush me in making my decision. She is the definition of true customer service. Thanks again Leslie!”
