Jose, the store manager, truly went above and beyond for us. He did all of the heavy lifting—setting up our business account, adding 5+ lines, and making sure everything was done correctly and efficiently from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to walk us through every promotion available so we were getting the best possible deal.
His associate Jason was also helpful, but Jose absolutely led the experience and made the entire process seamless. Because of how well we were treated, we’re already planning to move our personal lines over from Verizon next.
If you want things done right and want someone who genuinely cares, Jose is your guy. Highly recommend this T-Mobile location!”

“I went today & Antonio helped me tremendously..gave me a new cable box, mine was old..talked me though how to hook it up, I wasnt getting the Marquee Chanel for cubs & blackhawks games either.. We'll Now i have all of them & xfinity was charging me for an extra cable box that I didnt have & he took that off my bill. He was great & such a wonderful help. I'll be going back to exchange my BF's cable boxes & internet because those are all old too. Yesterday I spent 20 min. On the phone trying to speak to a human, the automated crap is so annoying- after finally getting someone & speaking to them for 45 min with no Help for issue I just hung up. This place in burbank & all the workers are Awesome.. ?”

“Miguel helped us switch over from AT&T. He and the other two staff members there were all so nice and helpful in switching our plan over to T-Mobile. They engaged all costumers as they walked in and just let them know someone would be with them as soon as possible and no one waited more 10 minutes to be assisted. We got iPhones and the watches were included which was nice and unexpected and they showed us all the perks T-Mobile offers on their app, also unexpected. At the end of it we will also be saving about $100 per month on our bill.”

I initially visited during the week of 2/09/2025 to replace my privacy screen protector. Although the specific screen protector was not in stock, I was advised that it could be ordered and mailed directly to me, as I was told I needed that exact version. My screen was in very poor condition, so I agreed to proceed.
After trying another location in Logan Square and finding it also out of stock, I revisited the Cicero location a few days ago. Once again, the item was unavailable — however, this time Manuel truly went above and beyond. Instead of stopping at the limitation, he took the initiative to find a practical solution by applying a similar privacy screen protector that fit my phone perfectly.
His commitment to resolving my issue, attention to detail, and genuine care for my experience stood out. Manuel was warm, friendly, and maintained an upbeat, positive attitude throughout the interaction. His level of customer thoughtfulness genuinely lights up the store.

“Just yesterday I stopped here and signed on for T-Mobile's internet service. As a satisfied customer of T-Mobile's cell phone service, I decided I would probably like their internet plans as well, so I signed up. They configured the equipment for me immediately in the store, I took it home, and I started setting it up last night. Except for adding a printer to my home network, I am almost finished with everything else. I have connectivity again with the Internet, my smart TV can stream shows, and all my Roku channels are available as well. I immediately cancelled service from my other Internet service provider. I had been waiting for over a month for nonfunctioning equipment to be replaced, and then was receiving other nonfunctioning equipment! No one in their tech support could provide dependable advice, so I cancelled their service yesterday, and then went to the Palos Heights T-Mobile Store to add them as my internet service provider. Finally!

“I went in to trade in a phone I had since 2017. The store is clean and free from clutter. The customer service reps were all nice and helped each other out, when needed. The reps were also paying attention to their actual customers, which is sometimes hard to find these days. My representative was Leslie. She explained all the options to me, several times I may add since my older brain gets a little foggy. Leslie was polite and did not rush me in making my decision. She is the definition of true customer service. Thanks again Leslie!”
