“Over the many years I’ve been driving, I’ve had the reluctant experience of visiting several body shops throughout the Northwest Chicago suburbs. A few months ago, my car had a minor “bump” in the rear. Having had excellent results with Caliber Collision in the past, I didn’t hesitate to bring my Jaguar back to them. The repair work was phenomenal — they completely restored the damaged area, and the car looked brand new. They also replaced a passenger-side mirror that I had damaged while backing out of my garage — again, perfect work.
Not only does Caliber deliver top-quality results, but they also honor their timelines. My car has always been ready on the exact day promised. On one occasion, I had an emergency and needed the car sooner than expected. Manager Mike Reed went above and beyond to expedite the repair, and I was back on the road in record time.

Two friendly guys arrived on the scheduled day, worked out how to best remove the glass ( they had to break the mirror to take it off the wall) and took all the glass pieces away with them. They did a pretty good job cleaning up - I found only a couple of little pieces.I thought the price was reasonable and I would use this company again.”

“I took my vehicle to a number of shops after an accident, as the at-fault party was considering paying out of pocket. This was the only shop that offered the option of a paintless dent repair—markedly less than the estimate from other shops.
While the at-fault party decided to go through insurance, the shop handled getting it fixed and completed the repair two days earlier than estimated. The repair is invisible, even viewed from different angles.
BONUS: while I had brought someone with me to go to the rental place, they preemptively asked if I'd like a ride.”

“Over the years, I had lost trust in certain professions, particularly attorneys and car mechanics. However, I recently needed to replace the tires on my wife's car and decided to visit Belle Tire inf Hoffman Estates, which was conveniently close to my office. There, I met Dave.
Dave took the time to explain which type of tire would be best for my wife's car based on my specific needs. He came across as incredibly knowledgeable, not just about tires but about other car-related issues as well. I asked him to inspect everything that might need attention on my wife's car, and he honestly told me what was necessary and what wasn't. I followed his recommendations and paid for the services he suggested.
Impressed by his expertise, I returned to have Dave check the tires on my 2020 Tesla Model Y. Despite the car having only 32,000 miles, Dave informed me that I needed new tires and thoroughly explained why. When I inquired about my suspension, he admitted he wasn't very familiar with it but promised to research and advise me.
True to his word, when I later spoke to him about scheduling the tire replacement, Dave had done extensive research. He informed me that my Tesla model has one of the worst suspension systems and advised against letting anyone tamper with it, as it could cause more harm. He could have easily made more money by offering to fix it, but he chose to prioritize my best interests instead.
When I went in for the tire change, Dave mentioned he had looked into various suspension options but hadn't found one that would improve my car's comfort.
In the end, what stood out to me was Dave's genuine care and dedication to resolving my issues. He took the time to research and provide honest advice, something rare among technicians. I trust Dave completely and value his recommendations, knowing he always has my best interests at heart and tries to save me money whenever possible.”
