“Grant and team were great! My wife and I had been trying for a month to get Excel Automotive in St Charles to call us back to fix our window. Grant answered when I called him, didn't require me to fill out a ridiculous online quote like Safelite and others require, and Country was less expensive than Safelite. The window Country ordered was broken when Grant went to pick it up, so he called me a communicated a change in date. In a world where customer service has been pushed to chatbots and automated phone tree prompts, it's refreshing to get an actual phone call or text message with an update. “I asked Suburban to remove a mirror from my bathroom wall. Two friendly guys arrived on the scheduled day, worked out how to best remove the glass ( they had to break the mirror to take it off the wall) and took all the glass pieces away with them. They did a pretty good job cleaning up - I found only a couple of little pieces.I thought the price was reasonable and I would use this company again.”
“Excellent quality work, done 5 days ahead of schedule and did not have to bring it back afterward for additional work. There was a clip that was forgotten about on the hatch for the cargo cover, but I luckily had a spare one and easily popped it in. Overall very satisfied with the work and would bring it back since it is only 10 minutes from my home.”

“Started coming here after the Wood Dale Firestone forgot to tighten my front driver's side wheel after a rotation (all 5 lugs loose) and have been nothing but pleased. Always quick on the repairs and very friendly, he even drove me home cuz it was gonna be a couple hours”
“I took my vehicle to a number of shops after an accident, as the at-fault party was considering paying out of pocket. This was the only shop that offered the option of a paintless dent repair—markedly less than the estimate from other shops.
While the at-fault party decided to go through insurance, the shop handled getting it fixed and completed the repair two days earlier than estimated. The repair is invisible, even viewed from different angles.
BONUS: while I had brought someone with me to go to the rental place, they preemptively asked if I'd like a ride.”
