“I’m a long time Hertz Gold Member with a corporate discount, I always use this location with my roadtrip needs as well as unexpected car trouble. Today 2/10/26, my electric vehicle basically died on me, I left it with the dealer at EOB and they had no loaners for me, I took a Lyft to this location 10 minutes past close and I’m sooooooo grateful to Vincent who processed my rental, stayed a bit late to do so but was still very efficient, effective and professional. I always appreciated this location, but Vincent’s service at the end of a long day was a gift. Please appreciate him for all he does!”
