“Orie and Alma was phenomenal!!!! I went in with my very picky teenage daughter for her 8th grade graduation, if she found a shirt, she needed perfectly matching shoes etc. I was frustrated being in there for a couple of hours but orie and alma made it happen!! They went into the back to search for matching shoes and shirts, they went next door to the outlet to search etc. in the end my baby walked out extremely happy! Thank you orie and alma for going above and beyond to make my babies day special?”

“I was here the other day, and the staff was so helpful and kind! Two employees, one i didnt get the name of but it was a red haired girl, and I asked the blonde haired girl for her name and it was Phoenix! Both were super helpful and Phoenix went the extra mile for me. She helped me find just the perfect gifts for my daughter, since I didn’t have much style myself! Looking forward to my next visit!”

“This store has elegant clothes for babies and toddlers. It is expensive, like a Banana Republic or JCrew for babies and toddlers. Thus, we usually only shop there for special occasions and/or when they have something really cute (like a "my first Christmas" outfit last year). Sometimes their Clearance rack has decent deals too.”

Today, the 2 ladies asked me if I needed help, and were helpful when I had a question for them. I would like to see a bigger store in Bloomingdale for more selection, but I find most of what we need everytime. I'd be nice if they opened earlier than 11am most days as well.”

“I am writing this review to commend Makayla in the women's department for the exceptional customer service she provided today at the Woodfield location. She is a wonderful representative of the H&M brand.
I called the store to locate a specific dress for my niece's baby shower that was showing as in-stock online. My niece previously ordered a large but needed a small; the Woodfield location had the small available in Illinois only due to a recent return. Makayla placed me on a brief hold to search for the item and successfully located it. She then held the dress for me until I arrived at the store.
I met Makayla in person to express my gratitude for her help, as this meant a great deal to my niece. Thank you, Makayla, for your help and for ending the year on such a high note. Happy New Year!”
