Bonnie B provided me with excellent service. She was patient and very knowledgeable. I was new to the store and while I was in there looking store 4 other people came in and she knew them and exactly what they wanted and suggested other products as well. The company should be lucky to have her running this store.

I walked into my first fannie may brick and mortar store and was immediately greeted with such enthusiasm and kindness! Bonnie was the chocolatier and you can tell she truly enjoys her work. Very cordial and patient. I explained what my girlfriend likes and doesn't like and she immediately knew what to suggest. Because of Bonnie, I refuse to shop anywhere else and I will not buy online anymore!

I had such a wonderful experience at Fannie Mae today! Bonnie, who was working at the time, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She offered helpful suggestions and made the process of picking out a gift so enjoyable. Once I made my selection, she went above and beyond by wrapping it so beautifully—it truly looked special and thoughtful. Her warm personality and attention to detail made me feel so appreciated as a customer. I left the store with a big smile and a beautifully packaged gift. highly recommend this shop—not only for the delicious chocolates but for the outstanding customer service. Thank you, Bonnie!

The experience was very good. As soon as I walked in the door the lady was very welcoming and willing to help me find what I was looking for. She even kept a good conversation going with me and even gave me more than just one sample to take home. She also asked if I wanted the chocolate rapped and no extra charge. Strongly recommend going there.

Even though my name is Bonnie, this Bonnie at FM is a 5-Star person! She is so friendly, helpful and remembers you. It's like she is part of the family! I come in to bring FM to my mom in Las Vegas because we all grew up on it and it's the best chocolate. Bonnie remembers me all the time and what I get for my mom every time and also asks how she is doing at the age of 88 years young. I also come in for my own "little indulgence" because it's great chocolate. Bonnie is the best at REAL customer service and sales! Thank you, Bonnie, for doing what you do! I wish FM would open a store in Las Vegas, it would be a huge success!

It's very clean,brings back good memories when we were young couldn't wait to go to Fanny May in I think Carol Stream,on north Ave. Bonnie is very knowledgeable about all that is involved to run a store. She is very nice.
