“I had purchased a new I phone air from a corporate Verizon store because my old phone screen didn’t work. I had an old phone and dreading changing it. Always issues with salesman at corporate store trying to make a deal. Well I was above frustrated that corporate store they would not help me transfer data because I cloud password was unknown. All I needed to do was reset it. I walked into this store twice and each time the managers on both days went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues. They both were patient understanding and told me there is a way my data will be transferred to my new phone. It meant a lot to me because my father passed away several years ago and have last phone messages saved. The manager that works on Sunday is actually amazing. Very tentative to the customers needs. He really took time and was able to take care of other customers along with training new staff and help me! Thank you so much for having great staff! It really makes a difference in corporate store and your store! ?”

“I came in to this location because wanted to upgrade my phone from a 15 to the new 17 Pro Max and Joey helped me a lot with getting this done. We also were able to upgrade our WiFi and save! I was able to get a good deal for this upgrade and Joey was patient and answered all the questions I have. I definitely recommend this location and working with Joey. He was great and very nice!”

“My daughter was due for an upgrade and Krystal could not have been a more helpful! She was able to quickly and clearly provide all the options available and their costs. Once we made the selection, she was tremendously helpful in getting the new phone activated and info transferred over. While we were waiting for information to load, Krystal very quickly and easily helped several other customers that came into the store, all by herself! Angel and Doug were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. The switch went smoothly overall. I did run into a couple minor issues with some phone functions, but went back to the store and Angel quickly resolved everything. Great customer service and a very positive experience!!”
