“We had an excellent experience renting a car from Budget Car Rental in Schaumburg, Illinois last weekend! The owner actually came in on his day off to try to assist the employee at the desk, in order to help us locate a car to drive one-way to another state. I didn't realize that would complicate finding a rental. But, due to the enormous number of other people needing rental cars following a night of severe weather with countless flight delays & cancelations for American Airlines and United Airlines; most rentals were for availability in-state only. However, when our flight canceled after an exhausting all-nighter of delays in Chicago, there were zero flights out that day for our final destination, and we had to get home for work, etc... Mike bent over backwards to get us transportation, and not only that--he gave us an excellent deal! I'd checked many of the airlines car rental options online, but they were more than double the price. Plus, it was unlikely we'd even be able to rent one due to the one-way necessity. Therefore, we were completely at his mercy, and yet he took care of us in the most gracious manner possible! The rest of the process was incredibly smooth, easy, and expertly & professionally managed. Our car was perfectly clean inside and out, with a full tank, and we were on our way home feeling quite delighted, highly favored and blessed by God! The fact that Mike spent an exorbitant amount of his personal time to help save the day, was a pure miracle, and we couldn't have been more grateful for Mike, the Agency Operator!”
