“My wife and I switched to Forest View Animal Hospital a few years ago, back when they were still located off Huntington Road in Hoffman Estates. One of the main reasons we made the change was because it had become nearly impossible to get our dog, Winston (a 7.5-year-old Cockapoo), into our previous veterinary office.

From day one, Forest View has been incredibly accommodating — from the front desk staff, to our primary veterinarian, and especially the office manager, Suji Kim. Winston used to shake uncontrollably and practically beg to leave our former vet’s office, but now he is genuinely excited to go to Forest View and see his new “friends.”

We’ve been going to Forest View for several years and even followed them to their new location off Golf and Barrington Road, despite it being 10–15 minutes farther for us. That alone says a lot. They greet and treat Winston like he’s one of their own. They consistently do their best to accommodate last-minute appointment requests, and if they can’t, they always offer realistic options in the near future.

Their pricing is reasonable, and they’ve proactively suggested ways for us to save money on future care Winston may need. Winston was our “kid before the kids,” so his health and safety mean everything to us. Forest View Animal Hospital has gone above and beyond to provide that level of care, and Suji Kim is truly the best.”
