“First American Bank is a very bad bank to bank at i had the worst experience. As a New customer I had went in line to add my other card for transfers their lost prevention call me to question me about my inquiry on the online banking app. I was very hurt and Insulted with their back office regarding questioning me. Then they called my other card services. To verify if I had a account with them this was crazy. This bank is garbage in the community.”

“Couldn't find a listing for the branch in Naperville, so posting here. The one I visited is on Washington Street near Trader Joe's. I needed to do some banking. The old fashioned kind where you need to speak with an actual person, not an ATM. I popped into Busey and was greeted by a teller named Karyn Ross. She was awesome! Helped me with what I needed (thanks again Karyn!) and then gave me a gentle sales pitch about their bank. It's a new Midwest bank, and it felt very much like the kind of place you'd get good service like we did before the mega banks took over. Unfortunately we are moving out of state, otherwise Busey would have had a new customer! I recommend them!”
