“Update: An extremely nice lady, Ms. Spencer,called me today and apologized, reversed fees, and is overnighting my son a card. I still feel angry with the situation but I feel like she responded promptly and kindly and that I don’t feel like happens any more with businesses so I’m upping my rating from 1 star to a 4 star.
Another update: Ms. Spencer called me again today to verify I had his replacement card in my hand and to make sure I didn’t have any follow up issues, concerns, or questions. She made up for everything!
Absolute trash!!! They convinced me to open a student checking for my teen then charged him over $100 in dormant fees and turned off his debit card without telling us. They won’t refund his money even though we were told he wouldn’t have those fees since his account was linked to mine. My kid is crushed, he worked so hard to save his money to open his own account. We also didn’t find out his debit card was turned off until he went on a school trip and only had a card and it was not working and the school was not supplying food or drinks for the day.”
“I had a loan question and wasn't sure this location would be able to help since it's located in Jewel. Cynthia assured me they do the same functions as a brick and mortar location. Cynthia answered and help me with question. She faxed the paperwork needed with a smile. Thanks again Cynthia I really appreciate your help.”

“This bank has been my bank for over 20 years. It has changed names since the building went up. I have had the most amazing experience at this bank throughout the years. The Managers and employees are very kind, compassionate, and make me feel like this is home. The ladies at this bank are very knowledgeable and attend to us immediately. I would highly recommend Peoples bank to anyone if they want to feel like they have a one on one relationship with them. Other banks feel like your dealing with robots.”
