Bad customer service especially since the tellers don't know what they are doing. Been going there for years and when they have new tellers they always mess something up or refuse to do certain transactions that I've asked for years

I currently have this bank and they have the worst customer support. if you need something right away good luck they never answer their phones! They also take forever to get back to you. I'm about to close my account.
