The first banner was for my son's U.S. Air Force graduation, and the second was for our Couples Week getaway in Gatlinburg, TN. The manager, Halie, always goes above and beyond. Last year I had emergency surgery, and she noticed my husband was coming in with my work packages. She sent a note home asking if she could help with anything while he was bringing in multiple boxes. Not only did she notice, but she truly helped streamline a stressful time by going the extra mile. She always greats me with a smile and a hello. This entire team is great.”

“Fantastic Service and Speedy Solutions: I stopped by the UPS Store today to mail a package and was thoroughly impressed by the staff.
I ran into a minor snag when I realized UPS couldn't ship to the PO Box I needed. Before I could even get annoyed, the fantastic team stepped in. They quickly let me know the issue and immediately offered an alternative shipping solution through them, providing the prices and shipping speed right away without me even having to ask.
After sitting in heavy traffic to get there, I was so grateful for their efficiency and proactive help. Although there were other customers in the store, I was greeted by really nice staff and helped almost immediately.

“I was in the store Tuesday morning. I didn’t catch her name, but she had short blonde hair and tattoos. She was wonderful! She was helping a gentleman who has a lot of packages. She asked him if she could help another customer while he was organizing. So she went to the other station and took care of the other customers. She was going between the gentleman and the other customers. There was a line of people, and she had them all taken care of quickly. I mentioned to her how wonderful she was and how she has such a good work ethic. She also said to the gentleman, “Do you have the young person discount card?” I thought it was so cute! I’ve never left a review before but she deserves to hear experience.”
