I know they do their best to keep the website stock accurate, but it has happened a couple times that I order something for pickup in the store and received a call that they don't have it in stock. It has also happened that the website says it's not in stock, and then I find it on the shelf. Best return policy- if your pet doesn't like the food bring it back for a refund or to exchange with something else.”
