Harlem location fixed my problem and instantly provided us with the correct size.”

“I had just bought a storage unit recently because unfortunately we have to move within the month. I did it all online and when I had to go check in I met with Jenny. She was so welcoming and so nice. She informed me of everything I needed to know and showed me and my sister around the facility. She showed me where my unit was and an easy way to get my stuff in with out having to go the long way. Although I wish storage mart had an easier way to put in the codes to get in than getting out of the car and rushing back to it before the gates closed. It's alot easier getting out than in. I do have to say though when I go into the office I'm glad to see Jenny working.”

She was polite, efficient and let me know both wasps’ nests had been completely removed. I could then access my storage unit without concern for being stung by wasps when accessing my storage unit. Thank you to Jecel for her prompt and thorough response.”
