“My experience was top notch, I had a mechanic / tech that didn't try and upsale anything and he was transparent with me. He should me the broken mounts on my apu. I feel Perry didn't try to bs me and I believe that others could learn from this man. Very professional and kept me informed of the major problems that I had with my apu unit, actually showed the reason. Perry was very thorough and I recommend Gatway to any one. Wish they had people like Perry in every establishment like this.I hope gateway realizes that they have a 1 of a kind, and won't sugar coat and take off of any issue and will keep you in the loop, Perry is the man. Booked a smaller cargo van online - despite not having a van that size available, my reservation price for the smaller van was honored and I was given a larger van.
The location called to confirm my booking, clearly stated the rate and how everything would work. Then walked me through everything at pickup. And, finally, called again to confirm final rate that would be billed. There had been a mistake in billing, but it was immediately corrected...in person on the phone - very rare these days. Highly recommend.”

“Friendly and responsive service. There was some misunderstanding on whether straps are included or not but that would’ve just been a perk because online U-Haul says they aren’t included. They were helpful as well even with attaching the hauler to the truck. Great people on site. I did call multiple times on multiple days to confirm reservation and ask questions due to the importance of this rental but Jack was responsive the entire time.”

“Omg I always used U-haul always had suck service with thier trucks. I am so glad I tried penske absolutely a great truck 20ft 29.50 - 49.50 varies but the truck has air shocks better they my 2020 truck and side mirrors with blind spot extra mirror that adjust! I can actually see on both sides no winging it also back up cameras woot!!!! Heaven to drive! Thank you penske great rental you gained a loyal user for life carol owen. The home depot in Orland park is great people very nice and knowledgeable. I can't say enough Thank you I had if 5 days cost me less then 200 thats great!”

She actually answered the phone in a pleasant and professional manner, which the other two locations that I called before her did not, and were terrible with their phone etiquette. The entire experience was quick and smooth. The van was a newer model and drove wonderfully. Not like others that I have driven before.
