“Glessner House is one of the most fascinating historic homes in Chicago. The architecture is unique and thoughtfully designed, especially compared to nearby buildings. Touring the house gives you a strong sense of history and daily life from another era. It is peaceful, educational, and well maintained.”
“Huge convention center! Very well maintained, good location near public transportation. I was here for MRO Americas, a big commercial aviation show. Disappointed with restrooms though, only at one location so you have to walk a lot to get there.”

“The House of Hope is a new church/arena. It's a lot bigger than what I remember years ago. Every seat is a good seat to see the stage. The acoustics were clear and sounded fantastic. I've been to other arenas are it was garbled and garbage. Not able to understand and hear the artist. The House of Hope was not like this but a 10/10One thing the only thing-- it was 7pm when we went to the bathroom and doors opened at 6pm and there was no toilet paper. Plenty of stalls ????but no toilet paper in many of them. They did bring some. Again, that was the only hiccup for us. We left early to avoid the parking lot jam.And of course, CeCe Winans killed it❣️? ????love her”

“Was here for a wedding. The place is huge. Could use a revamp because it's old and noticeable. The woman's restroom is up the stairs and they are kind of steep. It's big and had 3 stalls. The men's is on the main floor. Of you need a big plane for 200+ people then this is it but don't expect an updated look. Parking isn't that great either.”

“Lake Katherine is amazing. My wife and I take our son for walks over there. You can walk around and view nature. They have a monarch butterfly exhibit that's open in the spring/summer that kids will absolutely love. You can go canoeing in the lake and watch the swans which would be a perfect date with that special someone if you're into that kind of things also with amazing views of wildlife, wild plants, a community garden hidden away in the back that people plant and grow veggies and plants for the local pantry. They have a small book library you can borrow from but please take one, give one if you can. Lake Katherine has a great experience and I'm sure anyone would love it..”

When the day came, the hall was put together beautifully and exactly how we pictured it. The food was also excellent. If you are planning on having an event look no further than the Belvedere. If you need decorations, work with Events with Savannah as well!!”
“My mom's 90th birthday celebration was there. Everyone loved the venue, and the staff was amazing.A few guests didn't know the black owned venue existed on the Southside of Chicago. It's perfect for intimate affairs. Let's stop running to Cicero for an event. Use our own.”
“No complaints about our Section 318 Row #1 Seats 10 and 11. My only complaint about Soldier Field as a visitor supporting the visiting team (Detroit Lions). The bathrooms... the lack of bathrooms! The mens bathroom line was probably 150 ft in both directions, trying to funnel into the Mens bathroom at the south end of the field. I stood in line several minutes without any movement twice... without using the restroom. Finally, I tried again (my 3rd try) the line was much shorter. There was no line at the Family restroom... so I was able to use that restroom.”

“I haven't visited this park in over five years. We hiked for two hours. My friend Andrea led the hike. It was very peaceful and clean. They even have a black- owned smoothie bar at the entrance of the stairs. I will definitely visit again.”

They all did a great job Heather was super helpful and the bartender Melissa was very charismatic. We took a chance without trying the food and it was phenomenal. Highly Recommended!!”

Food was exceptional and service, establishment parking lot, entry way, restaurant area, gaming area & restroom very clean. “I had my daughter's quince at Bella Luna and I am so happy I did. I was warmly welcomed by Alma when I first stopped by. She was so helpful with how the planning would go. Martha was so kind and helpful along the way. The day of the quince, the team I had went above and beyond. They were professional and the bartender knows how to make drinks! I seriously have nothing to complain about and I am a perfectionist. They captured everything and my vision came to reality. I highly recommend them for your next event and to my surprise none of my guest had a difficult time finding parking. The BEST team ever!!”
