“Huge convention center! Very well maintained, good location near public transportation. I was here for MRO Americas, a big commercial aviation show. Disappointed with restrooms though, only at one location so you have to walk a lot to get there.”
“The House of Hope is a new church/arena. It's a lot bigger than what I remember years ago. Every seat is a good seat to see the stage. The acoustics were clear and sounded fantastic. I've been to other arenas are it was garbled and garbage. Not able to understand and hear the artist. The House of Hope was not like this but a 10/10One thing the only thing-- it was 7pm when we went to the bathroom and doors opened at 6pm and there was no toilet paper. Plenty of stalls ????but no toilet paper in many of them. They did bring some. Again, that was the only hiccup for us. We left early to avoid the parking lot jam.And of course, CeCe Winans killed it❣️? ????love her”

“I haven't visited this park in over five years. We hiked for two hours. My friend Andrea led the hike. It was very peaceful and clean. They even have a black- owned smoothie bar at the entrance of the stairs. I will definitely visit again.”
“Lake Katherine is amazing. My wife and I take our son for walks over there. You can walk around and view nature. They have a monarch butterfly exhibit that's open in the spring/summer that kids will absolutely love. You can go canoeing in the lake and watch the swans which would be a perfect date with that special someone if you're into that kind of things also with amazing views of wildlife, wild plants, a community garden hidden away in the back that people plant and grow veggies and plants for the local pantry. They have a small book library you can borrow from but please take one, give one if you can. Lake Katherine has a great experience and I'm sure anyone would love it..”

During the reception, the staff were super friendly and attentive. The food was delicious! “Incredible architectural landmark with a dedicated staff/volunteer base. I took the tour last year and ended up being the only person who had signed up for the time slot. This meant I got a brilliant, private tour of the home and my guide dived into some incredible details about the space, and the Glessner's themselves. After leaving, I am pretty much obsessed with Frances Glessner and hope I do half as many cool things in my lifetime. Creating a book/speaking club for the other Millionaire's Row wives, silversmithing, making miniatures, knitting, beekeeping, forensics...seems like there was nothing she wasn't interested in doing!

“I work here and it's a good place but pretty busy on some days the pay is 15 an hour if you choose the banquet server but overall a beautifully place to be but very expensive if you want to banquet there but that's to be expected”

“Sokol is so cool. I was a member of Sokol Tabor when I was a kid. My mother in law has always been in Sokol her whole life. My kids will be entering tumbling tots come registration period. It's a family fitness gym, activities include: competetive volleyball, gymnastics, calisthenics, dance and more. I camped at Sokol camp as a youth in upstate New York. You make life long friends, memories and connections through this amazing orginization. Czech it out ;)”
