“SO SO GOOD. Irazu is a Chicago institution and Henry, the owner, is awesome. If you have not been here, do yourself a favor and go. I get the steak burrito (upgrade to skirt steak) with avocado and then I pour Irazu salsa (the best salsa ever) on it. It is so good that I have to come in to get this burrito fix every week. I was out of town last week and I couldn't make it in for my burrito, so now I am currently experiencing Irazu burrito withdrawal. Anyway. Go! Support this wonderful local business!”

“Superb hotel, well located near everything, beautiful, large, clean rooms and great service BUT ask for a room overlooking Kinsie or Wabash street because if you have a room overlooking State street it is very noisy at night, even on the 8th floor.In fact, it is the sirens of ambulances and police that scream at all hours of the night, several times an hour. Wear earplugs and/or request a room NOT facing State.The view from the 2nd floor of the bar is really beautiful, having a drink there is very pleasant, the service is excellent”

“I took my senior dog, Tori, for her first grooming session at Sit Social yesterday. These are pictures the groomer sent when they were finished. The cut was perfect and she came home soft and smelling great. They also took care of all the regular maintenance (nails, ears, teeth clean). They did a great job and I highly recommend them for your pet. (Their daycare services too!)”

“We held our wedding this past Friday 03/15 at Ovation Chicago and could not have been any more happier!On April 24, 2018, 6 years ago, I screenshot a post from Ovation Chicago on instagram and knew I wanted to had to get married there one day. This was 3 years before I even met my husband. Fast forward to March 2024 and we had our dream wedding.Spencer and his entire team were beyond helpful, organized, and very patient throughout the entire process. The day of, the team was on point with everything and readily available to assist with anything needed. Max, our DJ, executed our vibe for the party and kept everyone dancing all night long. Our entire vision was exactly what we imagined and couldn't be more grateful. Even several days later, we are still getting compliments on how much fun our guests had! We are over the moon and highly recommend this venue for your next party! Thanks Ovation!”

“I give it 4 stars because the admission fees do not give you access to all of the exhibits. Paying extra on top of the already high prices is ridiculous. The information I did see was good and educational for children. There were a variety of displays and activities, although I just couldn't justify paying extra to see everything. The giant space was well used and maps were provided to help you navigate. The toy making was not available when we were there. Overall, it's a good place to take children and you can spend several hours there.”

“Coco Pazzo is old school in a way I haven’t experienced for a long time. We (a party of six) were greeted by a slightly frosty Maitre D, but then once seated, our waiter, Max was a consummate pro. The food… Sadly we were on a budget and this is not a cheap place, but if I’d had the chance I’d have tried everything on the menu. Good Italian food looks deceptively simple but the thing is, it has nothing to hide behind. I had Spaghetti alla Vongole. It was the best I’ve ever had by a mile. Every element was pitch perfect! Service was cheerful and warm (unlike the Maitre D). The breads were superb too, as were the homemade crackers that came with the cheese plate… its details like this that separates the mediocre from the exceptional.”

“My fiancee and I brought out families to Chicago Winery for dinner, since we are getting married there next year (and everyone was visiting from out of town). We were initially sold on the venue months ago by Lindsey who was so incredibly warm, supportive, and helpful. So when we went for dinner, Lindsey was there and came by not only to say hi to us, but to give our parents a full tour of the venue so they could experience it before the big day. She is so good at what she does -- personable, genuine and caring. You can tell she loves what she does, and that it's so much more than just a job for her.”

“Under construction but the website/reviews mentioned it. However it was not an issue. For me, a one day hotel stay comes down to 2 things. Ease of check in and quality of room. Check in was easy. Staff were quick and efficient. Plus very friendly. Room was sized as advertised. Bathroom was a bonus. Large space. Of course it was clean and tidy as well. Recommend.Walkability: Great location.”

“We went to Pizzeria Ora after another famous place was full. It was our first deep dish pizza in Chicago so we can't compare but I can say we were very pleased with our Pizza. We got a large Supreme and had 1.5 pieces left to take home. It was very good. It wasn't oily which I liked. Service was great.”

“A Ukrainian friend recommended this place and we REALLY enjoyed our lunch. Got the borshch and sauerkraut varenyky per his recommendation and they did not disappoint! That SOUP! So flavorful ? Also tried the banosh, which was good too but the first two were my favorites.Pleasant atmosphere and plenty of seats on a Saturday afternoon. Friendly staff as well! This is going on my list of restaurants I’d recommend. I will definitely be going back to try some of the stuff on their dinner menu.”

Perfect location - I saw the Chicago River turned green while upstairs.The staff was very cool and well-prepared for the rapidly increasing number of bar hoppers like myself.Darts booths can be reserved, but there are also first-come-first-serve boards available on the first level. “The House of Hope is a new church/arena. It's a lot bigger than what I remember years ago. Every seat is a good seat to see the stage. The acoustics were clear and sounded fantastic. I've been to other arenas are it was garbled and garbage. Not able to understand and hear the artist. The House of Hope was not like this but a 10/10One thing the only thing-- it was 7pm when we went to the bathroom and doors opened at 6pm and there was no toilet paper. Plenty of stalls ????but no toilet paper in many of them. They did bring some. Again, that was the only hiccup for us. We left early to avoid the parking lot jam.And of course, CeCe Winans killed it❣️? ????love her”

“Super cool area and park. We visited the Christkindlmarket and dined on German food. We toured the field for an additional cost that was super fun where you could experience carnival rides, ice skate and roast smores. Everything was decorated for Christmas. The staff was so nice and helpful.”
