“Greg helped me with my phone swap and activation. He got me in and out within no time. I sat on the phone with customer service two hours but only walked in to Greg and was there 15 minutes. Definitely very understanding to his job, very friendly and polite, and made the visit to the store easy and smooth. Definitely will be back to that location if I have any issues going forward.”
“Came back after a year to upgrade my phone and had a great experience again. They helped me find a phone within my budget, and their service and attitude were excellent. 10/10!”

“Ron was extremely helpful, courteous, provided excellent customer service. I originally contacted customer service & was on hold. Agent answered & totally messed up my phone where I was not receiving calls or texts. Ron had to go through a process to fix problem. So Appreciated”
