They consistently hold your money longer than needed and do not let you spend over certain amounts even when you call and ask for a temporary increase.

This bank provides terrible service. We just needed some information for taxes and they insisted we had to come in person for it. They couldn't mail the information or provide it in any other way. Stay away.
