I called Better Door and Window and Pete was so kind and understanding. He said he would see what he could do thought all workers were on jobs. I called again and he still was patient. “I regrettably way over bought fittings for a project. Thinking I was going to frustrate the customer service with the excess of returns, the lady I was working with showed 0 frustrations. As the line behind me grew I started to sweat, but the employee stayed very calm and simply called for help. I was taken care of with great customer service and they quickly worked through the line behind me as I hogged one register. I appreciate their kindness, patience, and professionalism! Thank you!”

“Way better than Home Depot. They have the 11% rebate up until Nov every year. (Home Depot doesn't offer this. But they do have real high prices!!!). Then it resumes the following year around the end of February or beginning of March. My go to store for everything.”
“The people who work here are great and are as helpful as can be. So that's great. I give the store 5 stars. The third party delivery they used for my generator is a Big fat Joke. ACT Transportation are incompetent. My generator sat in a warehouse less than 10 miles from my house for 5 days before delivery. I was told they were short handed and since another storm was possible that night that I could come and pick it up myself as a solution made by the supervisor Tiffany like everyone has a flatbed truck to pickup a 200 plus lbs generator. So that's not a solution that's a delivery and a payment made to a company who would've never fulfilled the delivery. So my opinion to Home depot is to break ties with this company who carries a 2.8 review rating ACT AAA COOPER TRANSPORTATION. Thank you for your consideration of my comment.”

“Caesar was the BEST. Professional, caring, and attentive to our needs. We ordered 3 beautiful chandeliers. Two were on back order, but Cesar checked in to get us up- to-date. We also ordered beautiful natural stone back splash tile. We looked for 3 months and happen to find it here. The at home delivery was great too. Beautiful items here at Fox Center. So happy about Cesar and the service”
“Kirk and Lee were excellent and should be recognized by management! My husband and I came in to buy a floor model work bench right after a major rainstorm and these two went above and beyond to make sure that we got the right product, shrink wrapped it and assisted us with getting into the truck. Shoutout to Adam too from Customer service who was simply a young gentleman who pointed us in the right direction when we walked in,”
