Andrew & his staff did excellent work on the front bumper, and were able to repair other blemeshes as well while keeping the total less than originally quoted.”

“Crash Champions Lake In The Hills truly went above and beyond to make not only my car whole, but myself as well. The repair process was lengthy due to the extensive damages from a car accident. The communication was always made by CC to make sure I was up to date on the current state of my car and the repairs. Due to back ordered parts and other hiccups they encountered through out the process, it did take much longer then intended. The shop manager Angelo made sure to stay in communication with me directly once he saw the length of time it was taking. He took extra steps to make things as easy as possible on me and made the process of physically receiving my car flawless. So far, the repair of the car itself seems excellent, I do know there is a life time warranty if I ever need to bring it in for any issues in the future, which is also a wonderful gesture of the shop all on its own. All of the staff that I interacted with or had the pleasure of speaking to over the phone were kind, understanding and knowledgeable. “Went in for a mirror replacement after another driver hit mine in a parking lot. Everyone at Gerber was friendly and informative every step of the way. They made it seamless with arranging a rental car as well! The cherry on top was the fact that Gerber cleaned my car, inside and out, and even buffed out a good section on the front panel of my CRV that had been rubbed against the outside of our garage (oops). That was just above and beyond of them to do and I truly appreciate the extra detail and effort that went into getting the vehicle looking even better than when I dropped it off! Thank you everyone!”
