“Crash Champions Lake In The Hills truly went above and beyond to make not only my car whole, but myself as well. The repair process was lengthy due to the extensive damages from a car accident. The communication was always made by CC to make sure I was up to date on the current state of my car and the repairs. Due to back ordered parts and other hiccups they encountered through out the process, it did take much longer then intended. The shop manager Angelo made sure to stay in communication with me directly once he saw the length of time it was taking. He took extra steps to make things as easy as possible on me and made the process of physically receiving my car flawless. So far, the repair of the car itself seems excellent, I do know there is a life time warranty if I ever need to bring it in for any issues in the future, which is also a wonderful gesture of the shop all on its own. All of the staff that I interacted with or had the pleasure of speaking to over the phone were kind, understanding and knowledgeable. “My Jeep had an unfortunate meeting with a rogue bungee cord which made a giant pockmark in the door. It was about the size of a half dollar (remember those?) and over time started to rust and look unsightly.
Long story short, I dropped my vehicle off at Auto Paint Plus and when I picked it up a few days later... voila! The door looked as good as new! I couldn't see any hints of the injury. The paint color matched perfectly and everything was as it should be. Thank you, Tom and team!”

“My service tech, Christopher, was friendly, professional and quick to replace my windshield. He noted extra care taken to rectify a previous issue caused by a past tech and advised how to get the best results this time.
Scheduling was fabulous- I was able to schedule a home appointment two days out so the service was done on Saturday morning. All insurance info was done through that process, so no additional paperwork required from my end. Definitely recommend!”
