“I feel that the service was excellent. I was impressed with the West Dundee U-Haul storage location. The storage lockers are inside with climate control. They have a garage to pull the vehicle into for loading or unloading. The staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions. It was a Great experience that I completely recommend. “Everything was great, but the only problem I did find was that, there was already a crack in the windshield, and I think a person should be let know if that before they are given a track to rent.
But otherwise it was great.
It was a small crack in the passenger side windshield, but none the less, the next person given that van, should be let known about it.”
