He was kind, patient, super knowledgeable, and helpful. This was so important to us as mom sometimes needs reassurance and support and Adam was the best. I'd have to say probably the best I've ever experienced for myself and I have been through all services. Because of his service I am considering switching to Verizon myself. “I recently had an issue with my phone that for the life of me I couldn't figure out. I spoke to Ismael about it over the phone and he immediately offered to help me over the phone or in person if I chose to come into the store. I went in and the problem was resolved within 5 minutes! This made such an impression on me that I had to take time out to write a review because most business employees would only help you if you're coming in to buy something or if they thought they could sell you something.
