“Ran into Att with a goal in mind. Within 30 seconds of walking in I was greeted by Bradley who was an absolutely amazing individual. He had me all set with my purchases (2 watches and AirPods) and I was on my way in a matter of 20 minutes. It should be noted that even though the quick turnaround time, Bradley even made it a point to assist others while working with me yet I still felt extremely cared for and left as a very happy customer. The associate at this location was extremely patient and willing to work with me through every step even if it took four hours. They were able to provide me a phone and service for less than a month's bill with my previous provider. And they wore nothing but a smile. Very cute too”

“I recently had an issue with my phone that for the life of me I couldn't figure out. I spoke to Ismael about it over the phone and he immediately offered to help me over the phone or in person if I chose to come into the store. I went in and the problem was resolved within 5 minutes! This made such an impression on me that I had to take time out to write a review because most business employees would only help you if you're coming in to buy something or if they thought they could sell you something.
