“I’m very particular about the animal stores I give good ratings to. In all honesty this is the only pet store in Illinois. That actually has good practices. Their set ups are gorgeous and most of them are bioactive if not all. They advocate for good husband first and foremost before trying to sell you a pet. I will be supporting this business in the future!”
“Was looking for a limited ingredient puppy/dog food. They had what the Vet said to get. I was concerned about the size of the bag (I wanted something small in case he didn't like it) but they let me know that if I or the puppy didn't like it I could return for a refund. Turns out the puppy loves the food! Thanks!”
“This place was great I went in to bath my large dog. The young lady was very friendly and hand me towels, and thomas show me how to use the shower for my dog. Glad they have a self wash area for dogs. Reasonable price.”
“Owner is super passionate about animals. She goes above and beyond to provide excellent care and treat each animal as if it is her own. The store is very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. My dog loves to visit and chose from the wide variety of healthy treats. I highly recommend you visit and check out all the rescue animals she showcases for adoption.”
“This place is wonderful! When you turn into the parking lot you feel like you're just going to somebody's home. They have better stuff than we get at Farm & Fleet or the Tractor Supply. Better quality food, so much cheaper! Mealwormsre $65 for 11 pounds!!!! That does include our discount because we have started. But all you have to do is sign up and you'll get the discount too. I usually pay $54 for 5 lb a mealworms at either of the two places I previously mentioned. The humans and the animals are so much happier that we now go to this place. You could not find people more accommodating to your needs!”
“This is a great feed and anamal supply store. Customer service is attentive and friendly. Mark and Mike are both great personalities. Bring your jokes. You will not be disappointed in your experience here. I got a good deal on wood shavings too.”
“The dog food I’ve been using for years for both my dogs that have allergies was recently discontinued (Inception fish recipe), so I went into our local pet supplies plus Lake in the Hills looking for a food without their allergen ingredients.
I had I believe his name was Teddy who helped me. We went through quite a few bags of dog food looking for the right fit.
Will be back to purchase more food

“Been using Petco in crystal Lake for a few years. Jane was our wonderful groomer and when she left we started going to Mikaela and she has done an awesome job with our two pups! She’s always happy and friendly and efficient with lots of great feedback and tips. The dogs always look amazing when we pick them up! Fair prices and love the reward program!”

“Nice facilities and nice people that work here. We came in an hour early for pick up appointment. Checked in, got a dock and start loading us right away. We always appreciate a service like this.”
“A little run down looking and definitely one of the smaller Petco stores, but don't let that stop you from visiting. The employees are wonderful, incredibly knowledgeable about care for any pet, and the store is always stocked with what we need.”

“I’m just amazed and in aww of how kind and humble the owners is . He takes his time get to know his customers and his product exceeded all my expectations! He is extremely knowledgeable about each animals specific needs . Two days after using this milk and my spider monkeys poop is solid and no longer runny from the human formula .
