“New to the area and tried a different mechanic shop for some routine maintenance. This routine maintenance caused my transmission to act up and appeared it wasn’t done correctly. Brought it into Coyote, explained the situation and they explained the procedure and how it should be done. Their off the cuff knowledge made me feel comfortable that they would address the problem appropriately. They were able to squeeze me into their scheduled and in less than a day, truck was ready for me. JJ and Joe gave me a recommendations for next items to address and timelines on my truck. “Normally I do mostly all of the diagnostics and repair work on my cars, unless its beyond my skill-set and I dont have the necessary tools to do the job. This week my car finally threw a code for the intermittent misfire and rough idle Ive had for the last few months, but due to a full knee replacement 2 wks ago, I cannot stand nor lean over a car engine right now to perform repairs. Thus, I brought my SS Camaro into RK Quality Services (for the first time) for an intermittent faulty and leaking cylinder-3 fuel iniector (Code P0203) and spoke to Rob at front desk about replacing it. Not only did he get the injector within a day and repair scheduled immediately, I was refreshingly surprised at how honest he was with the labor time estimate, having done them myself before.
For a first time experience here, I am extremely satisfied can say the positive reviews online are absolutely true. When I picked up my car, I was even made aware of another potential issue/part to keep an eye on that may be going bad in the near future based off of scans/readings of the ECU. Should the situation arise where I am unable again to work on my car, I will definitely be bringing it back to and trusting RK Quality Services with the repairs, and greatly appreciate everyone's efforts there!”
“I visited Braash Automotive to have my brakes inspected before winter driving. Lenny did a thorough job of checking everything and explained in detail the condition of my brakes and when I might need to replace them. He also checked my tires, tire pressure and coolant. “i needed to get basically a new (manual) transmission for my 2004 VW Passat. At the same time, the 2014 Kia Forte i gave my son blew out it's motor. Mark Decraene took care of everything for me, and both vehicles are running better than ever. It cost a pretty penny, but Mark made sure he got the highest quality parts for the least amount of dough. He kept me informed through the entire process, and his honesty and professionalism are remarkable in an industry that can easily take advantage of a car dumb-dumb like myself. Do yourself a favor and go to Decraens in Woodstock if you have engine trouble and want the job done right for a reasonable amount of paper. i couldn't recommend him more highly (well, maybe if he was a Sox fan instead of bleeding Cubbie blue)”

All of the employees are passionate about their work, and they even mounted my tires, welded my exhaust, and shined my tires for free. If you have a saab or a volvo, take it here.
