I brought in two different packages to return to sender n the Pretty Blond person ( Clerk #8) was so helpful n kind n found the best means of returning these items n filled out all my paperwork without having me get out of line n doing it myself n loosing my place. She was great, Clerk # 8 your the best.

Some background first. I have been frequenting this location about one time a month for the last two years because i run a small business and you can’t schedule pick ups for Saturdays.
The ladies behind the counter are consistently rude and act like I am bothering them when i come in with packages. They look bewildered with their Botox faces which is quite a feat.
Nobody ever tried to hold the door or help me when they can obviously see i have a trunk full of packages which is fine, but as I make my trips in and out they say things like “here she is again” with snark and attitude. This is t friendly banter with a regular customer.
Today is a Saturday, I came in with 15 pre-labeled items and one of the blondes tells me “you know, you could schedule a pick up” - which is a lie because it’s a Saturday.
After a couple of years of this treatment I just had to write a review. I just don’t think they should look down my shipments when it helps pay their salary.
Do better ladies.
Side note - my mail carrier is amazing.

My mail carrier is careless! She lost my package, which she had in her truck out for delivery. Told me I must have delivered it a wrong house or it was caught in a flyer. Sorry, I hope u find it.
This isn't the first time and has continued to be a probelm. I get she gets up early. I talked to her, she feels bad. We'll, my son is out 185.00. For years I got early to care for 20 children, I never lost one of them. Mary continued to make excuses for her.

I've never felt compelled to leave a review for a post office, but my experience here has always been awful. Most recently waited in line 15+ minutes to drop off a box I was reusing, only for the blonde postal worker to tell me to take off the hazmat label. I easily peeled it off infront of her and she still told me to get back in line, which was out past the door. It made absolutely no sense that I was turned away even after the label was removed. Horrible customer service at this location every time.

Angela is the best! She has a fabulous attitude and a big smile on her face. She has helped me on multiple occasions and couldn't be more gracious. I would go out of my way to go to this post office.

Only one window open ever, very little street parking—no parking lot, no driveup mailbox, and sadly, I brought my Mother’s Day card to this post office the Monday morning before Mother’s Day and it didn’t arrive until the Wednesday after Mother’s Day. The worst. Sad I have to drive to Woodstock for a decent post office when I live 6 minutes from this one.

The blonde postmaster was very rude and not helpful in the least. She was snarky and unprofessional. I would like to thank the 2 customers who were in there who gave me directions and more assistance than the lady who worked there. Awful customer service.
