“Aug’24 Update: I dropped my 14 year old car off with Ed and his team after it failed an IL emissions test and I had just 3 days until my registration expired. They had my car fixed the next day, and when I went to go pick up the vehicle, Ed’s Team had already taken it to the Emissions Test Site and gotten it a Passing rating - this meant I could immediately renew my registration online, and meet the expiration deadline.

Jan’24: Always the best service and I TRUST them. They’ve referred me a weld shop that could do a muffler repair for cheaper than they could. Ed’s stayed past closing to fix power steering issues and get me back on the road. I would highly recommend EAC to be your car maintenance experts!”

Sure, you could save $20 and buy cheaper somewhere else. But why risk getting cheap tires from unskilled technicians who don’t know how to properly balance a tire and then use an impact wrench to tighten your lug nuts causing your alloy rims to be distorted? Where’s your $20 savings now?
Seriously. I’ve had that happen. Don’t let it happen to you. Go to DuPage. Best tire shop around! Honest and knowledgeable experts.”
“It's I great place to take your car for any repair, I had electric problem and he check all the harness and fix the problems the car had he olso find other issues wrong with the car and he help me fix it. He is very honest and help when you can find a part. It olso had some mechanical parts that it need it and he help me change those parts, he did an inspection of all the car and sugested which components should be change next. Overall he is a awesome mechanic will defenitly do business again”

“We drive from Lockport to Beard Auto Repair because they are the only mechanics we can trust. After being taken advantage of by every other local auto repair shop, Beard is the best thing to happen to us as vehicle owners. They only fix what needs to be fixed unless you ask them to fix more. You have no idea how great it is to get a call saying no charge because nothing needs repair at this time. “I needed a specific make/model tire to match the other three on the car. Sebastian informed me the did not have the tire in stock, but the warehouse did and they could have it by 2pm. I needed the completed tire to me by 6pm. I said go ahead. The tire arrived at 2, I had it install and in my trunk by 3. We made the deadline, and the price was competitive with others that wanted me to wait 3 business days for the same product. Thanks Sebastian, you did great. Certainly will look to Cassidy for future needs.”
