I’ve been a regular customer of John’s Complete Auto Service for a long time, and I can honestly say they’re one of the best shops I’ve ever worked with. I’m not an occasional walk-in—I’m a high-maintenance customer with multiple vehicles, and they’ve handled everything from mechanical issues, tire blowouts, and electrical problems to getting my A/C back up and running on a 90-degree summer day.
No matter what I bring to them, they always make it work.
They’re busy (which is a good sign), but they still treat me like my business matters. They’re professional, grateful for the work, and genuinely appreciative of their customers—something you don’t always see anymore. “Heads up Mike is the best, I had brakes - Rotors and tires done in October 2024 then moved out of town. 9,000 miles and 9 Months later I had scorched front Rotors and half my brake pads were gone.( 12 Month unconditional warranty on parts per Nappa policy) Mike stood up for me and demanded that the distributor pay me back for parts from out of state. They didn't want to, but he got me a full refund and Nappa mailed me a check for $550 to cover replacement costs for new Rotors,front and back. He stands behind his work and I was in a bad spot that he helped me navigate.”
