“Went there to get my mom's watch band made smaller. She is 92 and in a wheelchair. I asked the gentleman, I know this is a big ask but could you size it for my mom in our car since it is raining. He said no problem and cheerfully followed me to our car. He took measurements and then returned 5 minutes later to have her check the adjustment. Mom was pleased. I went in to pay the $10 and asked if I could add a tip. I was told I could and added another $10 for in the car service and in the rain. I will forever go there now. I have been to 2 others in LZ but these guys were so happy and accommodating. 94 East Main Street, Lake Zurich”
