“We drove 3 hours just to see the stock, and did not regret it even a bit. It was such a pleasurable experience we decided to make the trip again only weeks later. If you live anywhere within 5 hours(or more), you are making a mistake by not stocking your tanks with Datz stock. The overall health, color, and genetics of their stock is of the best I’ve ever seen. If you’re on the fence, take this as your sign to stop in.”

“The only place I take my dogs every 8 weeks to get their deshed & groom. I have two shepherds, one senior who is 14 and one who has had surgery on her back legs and they take great care of them. I swear they come back 10lbs lighter from all the fur they remove!”

“The staff is incredible. I have a 6 month old puppy who is scared of people and we have been working on socializing her. The staff is so patient and understanding and just amazing. We do the training classes with Nick. Dani has been wonderful, and I’m not sure his name but he has curly hair. They are amazing and so helpful”
“Overall its a great place, lots of awesome toys and treats to pick from. I emailed them on Sunday to order my pup her 1st bday cookie, slightly clueless Ive never ordered for a pet before. I was asked promptly what I wanted for her and gave the details. She said it would be ready by Wednesday at the time I chose(2pm). Wednesday got here and I called to see if I could pick it up at 12 pm instead. They didnt see my order form so he made a new one saying itll be ready at 12. Awesome! When I got there, he said he was expecting a paper order form not an email. Thats fine. However when I got home, a 30 minute drive, I looked at it and it definitely looks like a rush job. My 10yr old could have done better. For $16 it could have looked a little nicer like on their website. Im sure she will enjoy it anways, a little disappointed in presentation.”
“We decided to start preparing for our future whites tree frogs. I saw this shop was having a sale and wanted to give them a try. I can honestly say I was really surprised. Every single employee I met was helpful, kind, patient and had a smile on their face. I have never been to a shop where I was treated with so much respect. My questions were answered in a professional way instead of me being lectured bullied or talked down to. They were not trying to nickle and dime at all. They didn't push for unnecessary purchases. They were flexible and understanding when we had a slight hiccup with one of the purchases Initially made. Highly recommend. I drove over an hour to get there and I'll gladly do it again :) you guys are awesome:)”
“They had what I wanted but not in the large bag and made no attempt to remedy that issue, very friendly service, lots of stuff. kinda pricey.I did find the bag size I wanted at another store, returned my purchas with no problem. In the good old days they would have made an effort to help me out the first time.Anyway, I will likely go back, adjust to "customer service" as seen today, and make the dog food last longer”

“I must give a glowing review for Shannon (Store Mgr) and her entire friendly and knowledgeable crew, as they are a team of ‘excellence’ at Wauconda’s Tractor Supply! I shop there regularly and for every visit, the team caters to every need and any question or heavy lifting and go above and beyond (even when I couldn’t be there physically due to an emergency situation, they managed a special order and delivery to my horse when I couldn’t shop and expedite!). I always feel the ‘small town’ vibe there…shop at Wauconda TS and they are all friends who care! I can tell that the team members are happy with their work because I’m always greeted with a smile and eagerness to serve.The community who shops there too, is a special one… Wauconda’s Tractor Supply has a great following! Equine Products are readily available and more is wanted! ***The Apparel section needs more variety, because I will buy at my favorite store in town, location presents itself for having bigger names (ariat) and more apparel and seasonal gear. “Nate was amazing with our purchase today. We went in thinking we weren't going to be able to get all of the supplies we needed for our new baby turtle, and not only did we get everything- but I accidentally dropped and broke a decoration which he helped me clean and not feel bad about and gave us great information and knowledge.
