“Shout out to Shion (sp?) At FRG post office. This morning she appeared to be a one-man-show and totally handled it like a champ. A very unpleasant patron was in front of me and giving her a hard time. She kept her cool and was professional. Hard to work with the public but she does great!”
“For my business, I have to go to the post office M-F most weeks. I moved to Cary IL over the summer. In the past, I would dread going to the post office daily. My post office would constantly create havoc or just be rude and off-putting.
As soon as I stepped into Cary post office for the first time, it was like being teleported to a different dimension. It is so clean and the clerks are so incredibly kind and helpful. They are quick, thorough, knowledge, and above-all, friendly.
The Cary IL post office is a true breath of fresh air. I've shipped hundreds of packages with them since I moved and all have been on track and on time. Beyond that, I truly feel the clerks are some of the nicest & coolest people in the community.
I highly recommend this post office. Truly, thank you for all that you do.”

“I have been using this local post office for years and always find happy faces and smiles. I usually drop off my daily shipments, which they will scan on the spot for you.
Many of you might not realize, but the word is they will be closing 100's of small post offices like this one across the country.
Sadly, the local small town USPS's we all know and love may be a thing of the past as they find ways to increase revenue while minimizing the services they provide.
I have never had an issue with this office and will continue to drop off my packages.”

“I can’t say anything about the other reviewers who have had bad experiences here, but as for me, the two times I’ve been here I’ve had a very sarcastic postal worker help me, and it’s made my day both times. Not a rude kind of sarcastic, a funny one. Just super dry humor, really wholesome. I love quipping back and forth. I wish all retail workers were so funny & friendly! (I can’t remember because it was so long in-between visits, but I believe there were two separate workers who were like that:)”

“I went there yesterday to get my electronic fingerprints taken, the lady who helped me was very helpful, I am sure I am misspelling her name, Dyonne, she is a tall lady with blond hair. Thank You to her for her amazing service.I had gone to Elgin USPS and they didn't want to do the fingerprints, because according to the lady at the counter, they were trained a very very long time ago and the machine "was not working."”

“I know that a lot of customers get frustrated when lines are long and that there are only two employees at their registers. These folks are busy doing a job that you would not want. If you give these hardworking employees a little empathy and a friendly smile, you will get back what you give. But that is life.:. You get what give! (The only thing missing to get 5 stars is adequate staffing)”
