“Great car wash, have 4 memberships here, with 4 cars and always have a nice clean car, sometimes when I’m doing off road and the car doesn’t get cleaned by the first wash - you circle back around and get a rewash at no cost. Today evening great gentlemen was working hard, had some questions he was there to help out and had an answer to all my questions. Great customer service to this gentleman, driver with the Jetta :)”

“I have never seen a wax job better that T.I. I did the silver package on our old Lexus and it looks better than it did off the factory floor. The shine is so intense you could use the hood as a mirror. I didn’t know it was possible to restore an old paint job so beautifully.
Also an incredible job on ceramic window tints!!!”

From the consultation to the quote to the drop off to the pick up. Every step of the process was communicated well, and expectations were set properly. “I was looking to get my car professionally cleaned so that I could bring my baby daughter home from the hospital. I did a request a quote and Phil ended up responding with the best price. My only concern was that he was located in Schaumberg and I was in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of the city. In the end I decided to make the drive out and was so glad that I did. First of all, he's a super friendly guy and recommended waiting the service out at his Mom's restaurant, which was also really good (and probably needs its own separate review). I was hoping to be able to get my air filters replaced after he cleaned the engine bay area (2 years of living on a street under construction had definitely done a number on the engine compartment) and though he doesn't do mechanical work, he was able to have the mechanic next door come over to take a look, order the part and install it while I was at the restaurant. He made it so easy to get it all done. I would definitely use him again for the next time that my vehicle needs a deeper clean.”

“I just wanted to share my experience with Sudz car wash. I’ve had a membership with them for almost 6 months washes have been great and even when equipment failed they were ready and willing to detail my car by hand. Today I went in to change my membership due to selling my other SUV and Mohammed was very helpful in transferring my membership over to new car. I mentioned I may need 2 washes due to being very dirty he said don’t worry pull around and we’ll take care of it. He definitely did!!! He power washed it before full wash and left it sparkling!! ✨✨Thank you to all the guys here Mohammed, Jose and the owners son Eddie! “Amazing. I came in because my car’s sun visor broke and it was almost $500 to replace. They welcomed in me in and tried many way of solving it cheaper and for free, and spent so much time searching for parts for me. Even though they’d never met me before. They were doing their best to help me for free. Truly amazing people. I’ve never experienced such hospitality. Dealerships could never be 10% as helpful, especially without expecting ANYTHING in return.”

These guys are awesome. They always work fast, go the extra mile to check and fix little things. Their prices are reasonable and they don’t over charge you or tack on hidden fees and costs at every opportunity They are also very friendly and approachable. I do my oil change, car wash and had at least several emergency situations when I showed up without appointment, all panicjy and despite them being busy they were always ready to help.

We couldn't be happier with Vic and his work. When I explained to Vic about the smoking, he recommended including the "odor bomb" service -- something that none of the other shops mentioned. Vic was very responsive and helpful with all of my questions, and he accommodated some last minute requests, which I greatly appreciated. His attention to detail is superb and well worth the money. I appreciate that he charges based on the service, not the time, so you know the price up front. His prices are very fair, he does not nickel and dime you. He also gave us good recommendations for maintaining the car to get the most out of the detailing. My husband LOVES how it turned out.”
