They let me use the bathroom and packaged each of my purchases in separate baggies to prevent damage.A good experience overall, and I look forward to visiting the other locations when I can.”

“I just purchased 2 sets of dice and an MTG single and I am honestly blown away. I just checked my email and saw that the emailed receipt included pictures of the exact dice I bought and the single. I'm sure you were able to download and adapt some sort of repository of mtg cards (which alone is going the extra mile) but for the dice I imagine that you had to photograph and log all of the different color variations!? The only Brick and mortar stores I can think of that email me a receipt with photos and hyperlinks is Best buy and Microcenter, which are billion dollar companies. If this is a huge company owned by some hedge fund please let me know, otherwise this has set the bar for all small brick and mortar stores in my book.”

They have so many interesting things here, their selection is very large, and the whole place is really enjoyable. This spot is very clean, cozy, neat, organized, and bright. Also, they will help you to find the things you need. They are so accommodating. You can also check out so easily because they have many cashiers. Awesome service. This Michaels is very accessible, their location is very near and easy to find. You can go to their spot in just a few minutes from your area. Very convenient. The only reason why I gave them four stars is because their restrooms need some repair. But their place is still my preferred place to buy things for crafts and others. They are way better and cheaper than other stores around the place. Plus, this Michaels is also a great place to buy some decorations for Christmas and other special holidays. You can also order online and visit their website. They will bring your order to you quickly. Really wonderful spot! All of their items have really good quality. A really must-visit place for arts and crafts. I will definitely go back here again when I am nearby and I need some crafts again. Thank you for your awesome service guys! “When the cashier asked if I found everything needed, I had said no. I could not find a frame to match a specific painting. She said that it might work to try for a bigger frame and mat. She suggested I go and explain what I was looking for in the framing department. The lady in the framing dept said we could get a bigger frame, and she could customize cut the mat. It could not have been better. The two women were wonderful. It turned out so good that we are going to get an art light to highlight it.”
