The hotel is clean, with good beds and recently renovated rooms, including updated bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service in the restaurant and throughout the hotel. While there is ongoing renovation work, it does not seem to be a significant disturbance for guests. The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a newly renovated gym, a pool, and a hot tub. Overall, the Westin Chicago Northwest is a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, whether you're visiting for business or leisure.

Rooms are spacious and beautiful. As many reviews state, AC does not work and there are issues with hot water in the shower. Our family wedding downstairs was fantastic though. So as a venue hall, this place is great but not as a place to stay though it is affordable.
