“The best thing about it is that it was very convenient to where I was needing to be. Also, the breakfast is absolutely stellar – the best I’ve seen anywhere. the bed is very nice, But the sofa and chairs aren’t very comfortable.. Upkeep on the whole place is below average—There’s always something wrong with something. it took days to get a microwave delivered to my room. The people at the desk range from being very pleasant and engaging to downright rude. I will say that the manager went out of his way to help me replace meds that the housekeeper had inadvertently knocked into my sink. That was super.”

“I have been coming here a few times over the past year and have had minor issues. Last year I had an issue between them and the third party I used to book. Outside of that parts of the hotel smell a bit weird due to trash but our floor was good. Also 2 nights ago my son and I were going to our car and the whole 3rd floor lights were off which was creepy as hell! Lastly like other reviews they need a better system with the front desk. Seems normal to wait awhile for someone to acknowledge you’re there. Other than that room has always been clean, room was nice and warm, bed was super comfortable and shower was perfect and no issues with laundry. Thanks for another great stay and we will def be back.”

“As a retired female business traveler, I really appreciate the security features. You need a room key to access the sleeping floors in the elevator.The fitness room has a nice view of the distant Chicago skyline.The only negative was that it took a while for the hot water to kick in in the shower.Overall, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. My husband attended a corporate dinner and said the food was excellent.The staff was friendly and helpful.”
