“The employees in Jacksonville took care of my son when he was broken down and stranded 1000 miles from home on the interstate in 100°+ heat. After we got a tow truck to take him to autozone for what we thought would be an easy repair, (it wasn't) an employee got a friend who is a mechanic to help him diagnose and repair his vehicle to get him home as well as give him a ride to get something to eat and take him to a motel. These employees and their friends went above and beyond to help a stranded kid and we feel extremely blessed that he broke down where he did with these amazing people. When car was done they were nice enough to drop the car off at enterprise because it was gonna be after hours when I was able to get to both places, so I didnt have to try to find a ride from place to place. So thankful for that. All around great experience. This is the second time we have used them and so pleased both time.”
