“Maul’s has top notch customer service and work. Our truck broke down on our way moving from California to Pennsylvania. The minuet we inquired about where to take it, everyone said Maul’s was the place to go. Even the tow truck driver said he had his work done there and that they were the best. Owen and Staff truly lived up to their reputation! Monday after the holiday, our truck was on the road again. Something we did not think possible. They have no shortage of work and took our time sensitive situation serious to get the job done. We couldn’t thank Owen and staff enough! Places like Maul’s is why we love Illinois! “We were helping our son and his girlfriend move from Denver to Michigan. We had a tire blow out on I-72 about 8 miles from Jacksonville. Dugan was listed as one of the closest tire shops and had overall good reviews. Went there with the spare that happened to also be flat. Dugan quickly changed the tire and offered us a better jack than what we had to use to change out the tire. They were friendly, quick to change the tire and went above and beyond.
