Neal Tire & Auto Service is a great vehicle service establishment and a local site for a regional chain. The people are polite, kind, and helpful. The work is efficient, fast, and reasonably priced. They provide good quick assistance with smaller things like flat fixes, rotation, and tire replacement, and can secure obscure tires for fussy requirements. They are known for making stressful situations simple and for honest service, as they rarely find other parts that need replacing and will not take money for diagnostic work. Customers feel safe, are highly recommended to visit, and consistently state they will definitely go back.
After years of service at the Jacksonville location, I have found great, reliable and reasonably affordable service. Quick & professional. Always give great feedback and options without pressure. I recommend Neal’s.

We stopped at last minute on long trip out of town with tire issues. They looked at our car immediately and had us out the door within the hour. Excellent customer service along with great price. Wish we had this place in our town!
