Oil Change in Jacksonville, IL

“Came over here after an eye appt at IEC. Not a lot of time to spare and really was only focused on getting air in my tires. Needed an oil change though. Since I was asking about air I asked how long oil change. They said 10-15 mins. Added bonus I could stay in van. They did change my air filter but I was certainly needed. I’m not very good at keeping up on things. So they most generally need changed badly. The oil my van takes they only had in the economy price blend. That’s the cheapest. Checked my coolant etc. MAX TIME 16 MINS. Only thing not getting it 5 Stars is probably the thing that allows me to stay in my vehicle during service. That’d be a frame on the floor that you pull over (pit assuming). My van has been lowered for a wheelchair modification and therefore sits very low to the ground. Thankfully I was paying attention and thought to ask if I was going to clear it. So I entered very slowly and then got most of the way over it before my exhaust was touching. Fortunately they were able to do everything from there. I just had to back out afterwards instead of pulling out forwards. Both guys were polite and kind. I’ll probably come back in the future. Much quicker than Walmart. Also better than Jiffy Lube where every oil change turns into a $2-300 visit. That or you tell them No to all they try to push on you only to then get attitude. MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE HERE! Definitely recommend!”

I was able to get the oil change and tires aired up on my lunch hour with a half hour to spare. Excellent, fast service, and they're informative about specials and discounts.
